You can download the full version of the EDR, Electrical Designer’s Reference, without charge. The EDR allows a free trial period of thirty (30) days use of the all calculation modules such as Fault Calculations, Series Voltage Drop, and Motor Circuits.

We hope you will find the advance modules a time-saver and choose to purchase an EDR Registration Key and unlock unlimited use of all the EDR calculations.

Purchase a Key to Unlock Downloaded version using Credit Card

Follow the wizard to purchase a key to instantly unlock the EDR on your machine. The same key unlocks both the EDR-2008 and the Current EDR . Because many of our users have multiple machines (e.g. desk and laptop), or work in teams, a single Registration Key is authorized to be used for 2 machine installations. We don't make a fuss about where the two machines are or who owns them.

Purchase EDR on CD using Credit Card

Follow the wizard to purchase the EDR on CD. Shipped, via Priority US Mail, please allow a week to arrive. Your registration key will be shown on-screen and also sent with the CD. Because many of our users have multiple machines (e.g. desk and laptop), or work in teams, a single Registration Key is authorized to be used for 2 machine installations. We don't make a fuss about where the two machines are or who owns them.

Purchase an Upgrade

Purchase EDR on CD or Key to Unlock Downloaded version by check or Purchase Order

The primary payment system is the online use of a credit card. We have no purchase-order/credit facility, but you can pay by check.

Include your email address and mail address with the check so we can send your Registration Key. Please also let us know which version of EDR: CD or download version you would like.

Enter Registration Key into your PC

The final step is to enter your registration key into the EDR program running on your PC. To do this, run the EDR. If it does not automatically put up the Purchase and Register form, call the form using the Help-Register menu selection [click for an image of the Help-Register menu location].

On this form is a button labeled, "Enter a Registration Key into the EDR" [click for an image of Register Screen]

Enter it into the space that pops up. Congratulations! Your PC installation is fully activated.
